Driven by a relentless curiosity, Jim began his research and teaching on the faculty at Dickinson State University and recently at Colorado Technical University. Jim holds a MS Organizational Development and Human Resources and a BS – Business Management and Leadership. Jim began consulting over 25 years ago with a radical way of viewing management innovation.

He believes we are facing not a competitive world but a hypercompetitive world. Jim challenges business to their primacy by getting them away from strategies based on just the numbers, and re-focused on the basic drivers of all successful businesses: people, customers, values, execution, and perpetual innovation.
